The fact of the matter is the US foreign policy does not exist anymore. It has been replaced by fear, fear that the US is going to attack your country if you say something that the dictator of the US finds inappropriate.

I also ask, why did Bush shift his attention away from Bin Laden? Does anyone not care that he STILL has not been found, and he is the chief ochestrator of 9-11. Seriously, lets all start taking a hint from this current administration, we do not need to finish anything we start.

I leave with a nauseous feeling in my stomach that Bush will indeed get re-elected, and the future state of the American public. And for any neo-cons out there reading this post, the rest of the world does not just dislike us, they hate us. Keep with your war-mongering and see if they don’t ban together and attack us.

Well of course stupid. If they present a threat because they are not cooperating with UN nuke inspectors then WE BETTER ATTACK! It’s not the oil stupid. But that is merely a pipedream plan of some truly-eccentric wackos, one might say. The neo-conservatives (neo-cons) have a habit of enacting such plans. The Project for a New American Century (PNAC) published a document in September 2000 (note the year), entitled _Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New Century_.

This PNAC manifesto—written by neo-cons for neo-cons—appears to be being enacted by the neo-cons in the Bush II administration.

In fact this PNAC manifesto yearns for a “new Pearl Harbor” on page 63. “Further, the process of transformation [of 2000's U.S. military into a globally-dominant force for enacting the New American Century], even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event—like a new Pearl Harbor.” And voila, a year later a new Pearl-Harbor-esque attack occurs on 11 September 2001 with 86% of the Bush II administration’s first term remaining for enactment of much of the now-catalyzed PNAC plan.

And in summary, one should read the following from Michael Meecher, a former minister in Tony Blair’s cabinet and current member of British Parliment. As a member of the British government, he would have access to information, conversations, and trends which no commonperson would be able to observe.

As I have attempted to demonstrate, your fears are justified. I suspect that the disdainful behavior that we have seen so far from the Bush II administration is tame compared to what is to come in the near future (possibly before the election of 2004 and certainly in Bush’s second term). I suspect that we have another World War II situation developing here, but this time it is the USA which is rolling the tanks into countries to seize a degree of power sufficient for forcible world domination via soon-to-be near-total control of the world’s exportable oil production and shipping lanes. In fact, at least one neo-con, James Woolsey, appears to concur that what the USA & Britain are now doing to the world is in fact a world war in that he labels it as “World War IV.” (Note that World War III was the Cold War in the neo-con terminology.)
