Remember that video a few months ago of a man shooting his lawyer? The lawyer was hiding behind a tree – or trying to., and this guy who was a former client was shooting him? Does anyone have a copy of that you could email me? Sure would like to post it.

All I can say is – that guy would love to have me on the jury!

It is interesting how two people can see the same event and draw different conclusions. You saw a man trying to shoot a lawyer. I saw a man taking target practice and a pesky lawyer trying to jump in front of the bullet to fabricate his next case. Those lawyers will do anything for a good case.

I sure can relate to wanting to see this video again, in full. Very inspiring, hehe.

But I have to disagree with the principle here. Deadly violence is not justifiable by the notion that the victim deserves it. Nor is it effective. I hope no one wacks Bush, for example, otherwise the Republican landslide would be guaranteed.

And we don’t really know for sure what this individual lawyer deserves, now do we? There are good lawyers out there. Heck, I know a few.

And, I must say – if Dodging Bullets was an Olympic sport, that lawyer would take the gold!

I hope the next wacko who feels that he/she has be wronged by someone, say like yourself, doesn’t decide that they need to shoot you. What justification does anyone have in shooting at and terrorizing another human being.

If this is the case why not let Lee Malvo go. Really he only murdered and terrorized the people in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Actually we could say that the bus jumped in front of one of Malvo’s bullets, too bad it went through the door and killed an innocent husband and father or some other innocent person filling their car with gas or walking across a parking lot.

Talking in jest about shooting someone because of his/her profession is just plain WRONG. And I am not an attorney I am just a plain ordinary citizen hoping that I don’t offend someone who owns a gun.

Shakespeare once wrote kill all the lawyers. This problem has been around for thousands of years. Some lawyers are evil, this is simple fact. If they acted human may posting like this would not be found all over the internet. When the law can not be enforced, take it in you own hands
