Letter to the Editor

I’m somewhat disturbed by the lack of sensitivity of Republican comparing Bash and Reagan. I was never a Reagan fan – but I don’t see the comparison. Reagan would never have fabricated a fake war and got over 800 American killed. Reagan would never have allowed rape, torture, and murder at Abu Griab Prison and then try to cover it up. Reagan didn’t have contempt for law and honesty the way Bush does. And – Reagan was a whole lot smarter than Bush. Why Republicans want to disgrace Reagan in this time of national morning by comparing him to Bush is a mystery to me.

Hey mark, I’ve just come up with an ingenious way to get the word out about your website (a shitload of publicity) and maybe make a little $$$ too. Let me know if you are interested. You have my email.

There is little comparison between the two.
All leaders of this country have similarities as well as differences.
Apples and oranges.

Marc, sometimes you strike as a guy who has it on the ball. Other times I wonder if you have grey matter at all. I know those that know me feel quite the same, about me. Reagan was a man WITH great ideas. That is what makes him different than Bush II. Reagan was sure of Americas greatness, and he spoke of it.

But, in the end he was no different than Bush II. They are/were both servants to the establishment. One became a servant, and one was raised a servant. But in the end, quite the same.

I think you are giving Reagan way too much credit. Anything goes (to further the agenda) is how these guys think. This is what conservatives refer to when they call reagan and bush “principled”.

Credit’s due where it’s deserved.
It’s the MEDIA that gives and takes.
