I found your information very interesting. I am very concerned about the recent events in Washinton. I would like to pass your information onto other christians however the language in your article is very offensive. I would be embarrassed to pass this along to for instance my pastor. I wish you would leave out the foul language.

You could really reach a lot of christians and non-christians alike if you would drop the language.

AjaxMinoan, as a former member of Moon's Unification Church, I can assure you that this coronation was anything but "hijinks". True, Moon received no real powers through this ceremony, but Moon is now able to turn around and tell his followers that the fact that congressmen and senators were willing to be present at his crowning is proof that America has "spiritually" accepted him as its King. This was not a joke or prank. These senators and congressmen were not there for a laugh, or because they were drunk. They attended because they genuinely believed these two people should be honored. Many of them had attended previous Moon events, and were likely to have had some idea how the event would end. Indeed, there had been a previous crowning of Moon in a government building in February, as John Gorenfeld's weblog reveals. The person who wrote this article is an idiot. I’m a Christian, and have always supported the Constitusion, and separation of Church and State. I think this coronation was out of line, but am smart enough to know it was hijinks. Who knows how many congressmen left it, got some drinks; and laughed their asses off.
