The person that used the frauded card keeps on buying on Ebay and I turned the whole file into them. They do not care. Just don't say Mammy when selling antique items and now the work Kewpie is a tradmark infringement. What's next? Think it's back to the classifed ads for selling. I told Paypal cash doesn't bounce!! After all these orders, the guy got into some money problems and decided to do chargebacks with his credit card companies that he paid me with through paypal. Paypal instantly took my money and subtracted my account all the way down to -$54,000. They called me and said they wanted to help me fight against the card companies but wanted to know if I had the funds to bring my account back to even. I told them no. They instantly got rude and said I need to give them info. I went in to each chargeback and entered tracking numbers showing that all items were delivered to the customer. They sent me an email the following day saying that they decided with the buyer. I called them up immediately and asked how when they had the tracking and seen that they were delivered. They said they have to side with the buyer until it would go to court. The paypal worker I talked to even told me that they looked at the guys past and how many times he had done this and told me I need to turn him into the FBI, but they still had to side with him for policy reasons. Then they go on to tell me that they give 3 mos. to get the balance taken care of and then send it to collection agency and if I don't pay it within 90 days then, they file criminal charges. SO no they took my money once and are telling me I have to give it to them again or I am going to prison. I guess I am screwed, if anybody has any ideas on something I could do here shoot me an email. I believe the only way to take back our freedom will not be in the court of law...they own the courts, judges, politicians, etc. The only thing that will ever change this is a civil war. People against the government and corporations. Personally I would love to see the corporate executives lined up for execution. They deserve it. They use there power to control peoples lives and keep them in a financial prison. When people have families to support they are in a corner and will bend over as many times possible for there family. I do not believe in the death of innocent men, women and children but I have to believe that in a way Timothy McVeigh may have touched on something. Right now there is nothing out there to keep corporations or government in line. There are no laws protection the American citizens...oh, they may be on the books but how many middle class US citizens with families hads the time and resources to sue a corporation or the government. And I think everyone knows that it is mute anyways because if someone were to win it would open up flood gates beyond the capacity of what any institution could even fathom to think. We spend money freeing other countries from there governmen but the truth is that we are prisoners of ours. Freedom of speech is only free if the courts and government (same thing) like what you have to say. That is not freedom of speech, that is selective freedom for political agenda's. It isn't about Republican or Democrat, it isn't about Bush, Clinton or whoever. It's about the entire system. A system so obese, ambiguous and abstract that is impervious to legal or financial challenge. Agression seems to be the only alternative. The shields are to big and strong to get through, they have to be taken down. People that control our lives through positions of power are cowards and when there shields are down (ie; security, military, etc) they are vulnerable beyond what the average person would be. The average person is this country yet the average person is nothing but a disposable pawn for there better good. I find it hard to believe that corporate violence hasn't been a daily event(s). I guess us Americans are must idiodic optimists with strong backbones.
