<description>Just wanted to say you're right, and ask do you think we should really vote for people who want political positions bad enough to run for office?Imean, think about it- a high school popularity contest for control of our lives. They need us to like them, and whether we actually are on the same page as them or not is irrelevant, they say anything to get you to like them. Hell, Nixon was the most popular president ever, and he turned out to be the biggest asshole. Carter said we should look into alternate fuel sources, and he became a one term guy. I think we need to consider who these people are representing, because its not those people in New Orleans. If it had been, there would still be a New orleans Now, but to them the only thing that counts are the dollars you make, not the life you live, the people you love, nor the values you hold dear- but they will use all of those things against you to achieve their objective, which is business oriented, not people oriented.
