I was kinda hoping they would try to hang on a little longer so the 2nd pick would be that much more delayed. Still it does signal a defeat. I think he picked Miers because she could be trusted to protect Bush etal against any legal responsibilty fothcoming. I also want to thank you for finding and posting the 3 BBC vids "Baby its Cold Outside" etc last July. I just found them a couple of weeks ago. That stuff blew my mind.
