		<description>It's also pretty clear that the oil companies aren't that concerned about their public obligations either - they still haven't paid for the Exxon Valdez cleanup from the oil spill over tweny-five years ago.  Isn't it amazing that they supposedly can't afford to pay for that cleanup, but can still generate record profits?
