Deadly accidents frequently occur as a result of tollbooth back-ups. 16 people were killed in 1 such accident last year in Indiana, and I saw the aftermath of a similar accident that recently shut down the Ohio Turnpike. I would also like to see toll booths closed, and the environmental impact is a legitimate argument.
