Who are the “Makers and Takers” ?

I hear the Republicans talking about the “makers and takers” as if they are the “makers” and the people at the bottom 47% are the “takers”. The way I see it the makers are the people who get up and go to work in the factories and work real jobs paying payroll taxes, and the takers are the millionaires who sit at home trading stocks and commodity options on Wall Street who get most of the government handouts and bailouts leaving us makers stack with their deficits. When the rich complain that working class people don’t pay income taxes that’s because the rich have taken so much from the middle class that they are too poor to owe taxes.
