A blast from the past. It appears that in February of 1992 I was on Microsoft’s enemies list. Apparently Microsoft was trying to keep information about MsDOS and Windows 3.1 out of my hands. Someone emailed me this document from the Comes v. Microsoft trial. Trying to figure out what this means and get more […]

Apparently this guy was widely considered to be a crooked judge and had made a lot of enemies. I did a google search and turned up this web page:

Having been through the family court system myself there is a real issue with corrupt judges and how to stop them. In many cases the only way […]

This is my entry for the Blog-a-Thon that the Electronic Frontier Foundation is sponsoring. The contest is about who used the internet in creative ways to stand up for digital rights. This should be FUN!
I started out in 1996 in the middle of my divorce where after getting a screwing by the courts I decided […]

Is a right to privacy in the United States Constitution? Yes it is - but not where you think it is. A lot of people are looking into the amendments to the Constitution for something that can be construed as privacy. Others say that it’s just not there. But it is there and it’s right […]

The law restricts truckers to 14 hour work days for traffic safety. Walmart wants to get it up to 16 hours a day. As if 14 hours behind the wheel isn’t enough.
I remember back in the early 1980s I used to fix CB radios. I worked at the local truck stop in Strafford Missouri that […]

I’m supposed to show up for jury duty today. I checked in on the Internet about is and I was supposed to go to http://www.sanmateocourt.org but typed http://www.sanmateocourt.com instead. That web site had a link to another site about juror’s rights.
It’s an interesting article and the point of it is that as a juror you […]

There are a lot of stories in the news that the discovery judge in the Apple vs. PowerPage case was denied. That was a preliminary order and it was before the judge heard any arguments.
The issue before the court was a discovery issue in the case of Apple v. Does. Apple seeks to be […]

Everyone hates Microsoft because among other things - we all know Bill Gates is the anti-christ, and we know about Microsoft’s monopolistic tactics and the companies they drove out of business like Netscape. So if Microsoft is the bad guy - does that make Apple the good guy? Not hardly.
Apple is every bit as evil […]

One thing that the Motion Picture Association of America has accomplished is that they have created so much fear of being sued that even when Michael Moore has given permission to post Fahrenheit 9/11 on the internet - people are still afraid to do so. We live in a world of cowards. What a shame.

I want to say something else about the legal issues of putting this on the web. Here are the facts:
Michael Moore made public statements giving me and people like me permission to post it.
I am relying on his permission.

Rape cases are difficult but I have some real problems with rape shield laws. I have seen both sides of the issue. Women who need the protection of the law - and women who lie about being raped for either money or to try to cover up infedelity. Most people are aware of real rapes […]

In the process of ducking the issue on “under God” in the pledge the Supreme Court dealt a severe blow to father’s rights. Technically I really mean the non-custodial parents rights - but in America the family courts are severely slanted in favor of women. Basically - what the court ruled was that when the […]

Of cource it’s not like he directly said - go torture those people. That’s not how these kind of orders are given. The president has to have his deniability, He has to be able to claim that - “I didn’t know they were torturing people. I am like so shocked!”
So here’s how this sort of […]
