Saudi's Own 7% of America

According to the Michael Moore movie Fahrenheight 9/11 Saudi Araiba owns 7% of America. With the growing deficit that percentage is increasing. Soon America will be under Saudi control and we will basically be their slaves.

Bush's tax cust are a means of transferring America's wealth and power to the Saudi royal family. The Saudi's no longer pay taxes - but the still pay - but now it's in loads. We are borrowing money from them - paying higher gas prices to them - making them richer - and America is becomming more indebeted to them. Once they own us - we will become Sauds.

Will we be forced to become Muslim and live under Muslim law? Will we have public beheadings like the Saudis do? Will women be forced to wear burkas? I guess we'll find out if Bush is reselected. Because the deficit will soon climb to over 1 trillion dollars a year - and the percentage of foreign ownership of America will grow. And once we are owned - you can kill American soveriengty goodbye.

Dude-- didn't you get my email? The U.S. has been fighting a war-by-proxy with Saudi Arabia for over ten years. Bush is responsible for capitulating to Saudi demands after 9/11 (the reasoning being that we needed time to organize our defenses and secure alternate sources of oil). Make no mistake-- U.S. troops will depose the government of Saudi Arabia and occupy the country sooner or later. Then... whooosh! Arma-freakin'-geddon toe-to-toe with the Anti-Christ!!

You heard it here first. :)

I doubt it, we have been in ca-hoots with sauds since the reagon days, and I doubt that bush would want to stop that, I doubt we borrow money from sauds but I know that we do tons of business with them.

And the next place on our list is not goin to be saudis its goin to be Iran. Then if we are lucky enough to get rid of North Korean nukes, then North Korea will be next. As of right now im more worried about China then Saudi Arabia, China gets billions from the u.s. every year and its not goin to the Chinese ppl its goin to the chinese military, China could kick our military's ass, they have 5+ ppl for our every 1 person, they dont have the great technology, but they are suicidal and maniac's, i fear them 100x more then Saudi's.

Posted by: Josh Gillogly at June 27, 2004 03:40 PM

We have been dealing with the Saudi's for quite some time. Do you really think we would be so dumb as to set ourselves up for some kind of Muslim take over? The Saudi's need us more than we need them. It is simple, it is easier and more profitable, to access oil from thier country then from ours. That all it is.

The Chinese aren't "suicidal maniacs." I think you're referring to stereotypical Japan, pre1945. China's military could not kick our military's ass. We would never invade China and begin a land-war, because that's suicide. We'd just bomb the shit out of them from far away. They could never launch a ground invasion of our nation because we'd just sink their transports before they made it halfway across the Pacific.

I think that our next logical steps are Syria or Iran. Saudi Arabia should be our next step, but we baby them because they help us out over there, and we need that. Once Iraq, Iran, and Syria are done and rebuilt on our side, Saudi Arabia will get what's coming.

Can't we all just act mature, stop fighting, and start using trade, political pressure, and open-forum diplomacy to get our way … like a grown-up country?

Posted by: Alex Libman at June 27, 2004 07:08 PM

it's moronic (you can't spell worth a damn) liberals like yourself who remind me that the electoral college was created, remains, and will always be there for a very good reason - the election of a president is far too important a decision to be left to someone as fucking stupid as you

Posted by: praetorian at June 27, 2004 08:46 PM

Not a problem ... we can just default on the debt like Brazil does every five years. If they want to buy our paper let them.

Posted by: X-FREEPER at June 28, 2004 08:23 AM

the last time i checked china killed a million of there own ppl just to stop democracy about 15 years ago, has it gotn' better or worse there, my mind goes with worse, and no im not refering to kamikazi's, and that would be alot of bombs there buddy, china is about 1.5x the sixe of the u.s., iraq is the size of texas and we've spent millions on bombs, and they didnt have a military presence what so ever, i dont think they would have to start a war to own us, they sell us so much shit we depend on them.

Since the only one who posts on here with any coherent thought is Alex, I will address the short-bussers after him.

A) praetorian, all you ever do is put down what other people have to say on here without a shred of evidence to collaborate your side. I have read two posts by you and both times you felt so vehemently furious that you forget to make a point. Instead resorting to using obscenities and rational that only a two-year-old would appreciate. Instead of feeling the need to put someone else down, why don't you try making a valid arguement.

B)Joshua, you are still mixing up your ethnicities. The kami-kaze was practiced by the Japanese pilots (JAPAN-ESE) not the Chinese. Also, what is the point of your sentence? I think you were trying to say that China is too large to affectively bomb strategic targets, and that we are too contingent on their supplies.

I ask you a question: Why is this? I would personally say that outsourcing is making a global economy that is dependent on all nations, but that seems Communistic and we hate those "damn commies". So why are we creating a Marxist global community?

Finally, for those of you who wrote, "we don't borrow money from (them)", who do we borrow money from? Does anyone realize that debt means we owe other countries money? Nod your head yes. This is how business works and how coporate buy-outs happen. When we get into truely large debt see if things don't change a little. Doesn't that make sense that gas prices have gone up considerably and there is no cap on prices? But go ahead and believe what you would like to, like that Reagan was a great president..

"Finally, for those of you who wrote, "we don't borrow money from (them)", who do we borrow money from? Does anyone realize that debt means we owe other countries money?"

Yes, we have a debt. Good work. However, you did NOTHING to come close to providing evidence that we owe any money to Saudi Arabia. Most of our national debt is to nations like Great Britain and France--long term, stable nations that have been our allies (read: are not at war with us in any way; we have bailed them out of invasion multiple times) for nearly a century.

And by the way, Bush has not borrowed a single dime from any other nation. He has not increased the national DEBT at all. He increased the national DEFICIT. THere is a big, important difference. But, willsmachine, since you seem to know SO MUCH about global-economics, I shouldn't need to explain that to you.

Posted by: Mance at June 29, 2004 11:39 PM

i wusnt refering to the chinese a kamikazi's, i just stated that i know that they are not, and wether you believe it or not most of the stuff u buy is made from china, meaning most of our companies moved there for cheap labor, or they were orginal chinese companies which i doubt. if we put tariffs or stop trade with china, it would mean companies would stop out-sourcing for there cheap labor, at least in china, which is were mainly the cheap labor is. another way to stop this is by improving health care here so that it would be cheaper for companies who stay here to support local labor, i dont call that communistic i call that smart. i dont know about you but 20 years down the road i want a decent paying job.

Posted by: Joshua Gillogly at June 30, 2004 06:45 AM

"i dont know about you but 20 years down the road i want a decent paying job."

Well, we're talking about day-laborers when we talk about the typical outsourced job. And if your dream for 2 0years down the road it to be raking in the dough as a factory worker... Well, I'm going to leave that alone.

America's unions are a large (but not the only) factor in why companies leave here. Unions excercise a lot of power in this country, more than you think. In World War I, if unions had all the protective legislation they have today, then the United States would have been unable to enter the war and Europe would be referred to as the German Empire.

I'm not saing that we should disband unions (oh, how I wish!), but I'm saying that if unions care about their members, they need to realize that mandatory union shops and mandatory salary increases during a recession is just going to make companies fire the whole lot of you rather than deal with it.

I do not want to hear another lecture about "corporate greed." Corporations, CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, and Boards of Directors are allowed to be greedy. They were greedy to get to their current positions and they need to be greedy to stay there. It is their God-given, consitutionally protected right to stiff others out of as much money as possible. Outsourcing and layoffs are not illegal, and you're not going to stop them by whining about mean CEOs.

Posted by: Mance at June 30, 2004 08:42 AM

Well thats a given fact.(greed subject) Other then that, you feel that there should be no unions what-so-ever? ww1, unions didnt have that much power because they were just forming. If we go into a depression without unions, we would never get out of it.

Durring a recession? recessions are unhealthy and shouldnt be delt with by pissy-footing around with them, thats why tariffs should be placed on companies that outsource, just because one owner isnt making his millions then that doesnt mean that his AMERICAN-
(or mexican hired aliens (which i might add bush wants))
-workers shouldnt be paid atleast a minimum wage.(even tho its very hard to survive off of $5.15)

Also having a president who knows that solving economic problems by going to war doesnt help either, plus when you have less allies after the war then when going into it.

Posted by: Joshua Gillogly at June 30, 2004 04:44 PM

are you fucking serious? you are claiming that if bush gets reelected, americans will be forced to be muslims. this is just bloody bullshit. in islamic law, their is not supposed to be a king. rulers are called caliphs, they are elected by the people, and they serve the people. this bullshit "king" that is in power right now serves himself. his people, his fellow muslims, are starving in the streets, and he literally has a fucking multimillion dollar castle under the red sea. he goes down there in his glass elevator and watches all the pretty fishes swimming in the sea. now, you morons, why would this poor excuse for a ruler, who cares so little for his people, why would this kind of a person plot and plan to force the religion of islam on the greatest superpower on the earth? when he has so little faith, why would he force the religion on the americans? any supposed attempted conquest of america would be strictly for the royal families financial gain. and frankly, i do not thing we are in danger of being bought or taken over by the saudis.

Posted by: mohammedali at July 1, 2004 12:05 PM

actually most saudi's are mutimillionare's because most saudis invest or own oil wells, so i doubt that many are actually starving on the streets, and if you were a millionar? why wouldnt you want to take over the largest super-power in the world? i mean it only makes those millions become billions

it seems to me that american sentiment towards foreign policy is based on a compulsion to stay as world leaders at all cost and this sentiment is shown by some attitudes presented in this column. the united states wants to show the world its might, its rights and its liberties. i was initially impressed with the reflection that was shown by the american public and media in the first week after septemer 11, but since then am constantly amazed at the rapid decention into a state of fear and by dealing with this fear turns and attacks.
americanism is the cult of number 1. this produces world leaders in many, many fields. but it is america's view that it is seperate from the rest of the world that fuels anti americanism. to be number one means being better to the rest . seperate to the rest. this country has been instrumental in turning the world into a global economy. a global economy is a global community.
the point that i aim to make is that when americans talk about other countries it is with an air of condescension, like a missionary freeing tribes of their ancient beliefs. like 'when we knock over iran, then its syria and then north korea, then saudi arabia and so on'. there is no hesitation or moderation in these statements. you already believe that it is the right thing to do for america without thinking that america is just another state in the global community. made up of individuals from the global community. which will harbour the scares of the loss of dignity which is the result of an abuse of power.
i look forward to the swing back from right wing politics and societies based on intellegence and culture, not the money and the gun.

I think this really sums up the US. Some vaild points it has to be said. But the only guy who mentioned that perhaps you didnt have the right to invade every other country in the world was slated for being a "bloody liberal". It seems that your president obviously isnt the only total moron in your country.

OK, Saudis alledgedly own 7% of american wealth. Lads, dont start expecting invasion. What god damn country would be stupid enough to do that. Who do you rekon has the most nuclear weapons? the longest range missles? Not Russia, not the N.Koreans, not fuckin Iraq, AMERICA.

As for the contempt shown towards muslims its disgusting. Who gives you the right to look down on another culture. Islam is a peace loving religion, I think if you look through history there have been far more attrocities commited by the Christians over the years. Burning witches, the crusades? The American Christian Holier than thou attitide is appauling.

A dark age in world history may be coming, but it wont be because of Islam or the axis of evil, It will be because of gun toting yanks and their fucking insane brain cell deficient presedent.

Maybe you'll elect Geb Bush in 2008? The 3rd cleverst Bush. How low can you go?

"The American government and individual heads of corporations have made shortsighted blunders in policymaking in the past 20 years. I have seen our standard of living decline, more and more people becoming homeless and hungry. Jobs continue to be exported, while more foreign workers are imported."
Any American who had any way to stop this should be ashamed. If there are any people out there who can do something. We must:
Repatriate American jobs
Close the borders
Export illegals
Restore benefits
Charge export taxes on our greatest asset, our food production.
That is what the whole thing is all about foreign countries want to get their hands on our land, because it is the most productive agricultural land in the world.
Oil could be cheap, oh yes,
The elected representatives have done nothing to protect their constituents.

Bush, and all the texas oil folks work for the Saudis. It is sad. We americans are full of ourselves if we think the rest of the world is afraid of us. The disneyfication of the world is well underway. world wide individual freedom is abolished. The US is a slave state to the financial services sector and the Fed Reserve ie: Council on Foriegn Relations. The will impose One Universal Wage, all things purchased thru banks... the end of cash. Universal slavery is almost fully established. We will export the sales culture, India will do the programing, science and Medical R&D. China will produce and export till the create or buy the next OS from India.
American real wages will go to $10.00 per hour
Mexicos real wage will be the same
America the idea is done.
unions gone
free press gone
internet almost shut down
example:
sugar cane grows in Maui
gets turned into molassas
gets shipped to CA turned into table sugar
Sent then to NY to be packed in bags
sent back to Safeway in Maui
in Maui no one can make sugar locally.
WASTE will destroy our resources
